How will my recipient get my gift?
You can simply indicate who you want us to send the gift certificate to. Once you make your purchase, we'll ask you some information about your recipient, then we'll send off the certificate! NOTE: if you want us to wait until a particular day to send the certificate, please let us know in the notes, when we ask you for information about your recipient after you make your purchase.

How will my recipient redeem the certificate?
They'll receive a special code they can use at checkout which will act as a gift card, they'll be able to redeem the amount you purchased for them.
We'll let your recipient know of upcoming events, and they can decide which one they want to join! They also have the option to redeem the amount with a remote session with Jags.

If I want to purchase a certificate for multiple people, how would I do that?
Go ahead and checkout with your total desired amount, and let us know in the following form under the notes section that you'd like for this certificate to be applied to multiple participants (example: a family). We'll set up your certificate accordingly!
Please be sure to specify whether you'd like the certificate sent to one recipient as a package, or if you'd like to distribute the amount amongst family members. If you would like to distribute the amount, then please submit each member's name, email and amount!
Can I gift an entire Energetics Infinite Package to a recipient?
