I understand that I will be receiving Source Energy through EI Sessions and/or Divine Prayers. I consent with my free will to receive the Energy. I understand that I must provide the aforementioned information and artifacts within the time frame listed and must make my payments as I have agreed to with Energetics Infinite. If I choose to opt for recurring payments with a card or ACH, I understand that I will be charged automatically upon each interval once I input my card information or ACH information as I have agreed to with Energetics Infinite.

In consideration of my participation in the Activity/Activities set forth herein, I do on behalf of
myself and my heirs, distributees, guardians, parents, successors, legal representatives, assigns and next of kin, will NOT make a claim against, sue, or demand compensation from Transway USA LLC (Energetics Infinite) and/or Jagdish Singh and that all actions, claims, demands or liabilities, including without limitation, those for personal injuries or property damage, that I may suffer due to illness or injury suffered as a result of, or in connection with, participation in the Activity, including without limitation, travel to and from the Activity, housing, meals and collateral entertainment and EI session(s) and/or Divine Prayers today and any sessions and/or prayers in the future and any consequences that may arise as the result of said EI session(s) and/or prayers, are subject to this clause.

Energetics Infinite expressly disclaims responsibility and shall have no liability for any damages, loss, injury or liability whatsoever suffered as a result of your reliance on the information contained in the Energetics Infinite site or on interactions with persons from Energetics Infinite. 

I understand and agree that Energetics Infinite or persons representing Energetics Infinite has not provided me with any medically related advice and nor have they persuaded me away from seeking or following any medical advice. I understand that Divine Prayers and/or EI Sessions  are no guarantee of a particular result, and that previous results nor other people's testimonials are a guarantee of my results and that results I receive from these sessions and/or prayers may be different than what others may have received or what I have received from previous sessions.

I understand that I am free to address any specific questions regarding this release by submitting those questions in writing prior to signing, and I agree that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release, applied to today's EI Session and any future sessions that I choose to participate in. I must indicate my non-acceptance of this waiver in the future if I wish to change my consent stance after signing today, as this waiver applies to any EI Sessions and/or Divine Prayers that I choose to participate in, now or in the future.
