Payment Terms and Conditions Agreement 

1. Payment and Pricing: As a valued customer of Energetics Infinite, you are agreeing to a hassle-free payment process for the exceptional services provided under the chosen package. Your monthly or one-time fee, which is clearly specified during checkout and outlined in the signed agreement, will be automatically deducted from your account using HubSpot's secure subscription payment mechanism. 
2. To ensure convenience and consistency, if applicable to your purchased package (only applicable to recurring monthly packages), the payment will be processed on the same day each month as your original purchase date. This means that you can rest assured knowing that your payment will be deducted effortlessly and promptly, precisely on the same day as your initial purchase. 
3. We understand that circumstances may change, and as such, Energetics Infinite reserves the right to modify the pricing of the package, and the services within the package at any time. If you have committed to a package of 6, 12, or 24 months of any sort or chosen the upfront fee, no changes will be made to your package. Our commitment to transparency and open communication is paramount. We strive to provide you with the utmost clarity and peace of mind when it comes to your financial obligations. Rest assured, we value your trust and will always keep you informed every step of the way.
4. Auto-Renewal: If applicable (recurring packages) this package will automatically renew upon completion of your current terms for the same terms and package you are currently enrolled in unless you, as the Customer, inform Energetics Infinite, the Service Provider, in writing of your decision to cancel the auto-renewal at least 14 days in advance of the renewal date. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to make sure you have control over your subscription. To cancel the auto-renewal, simply provide written notice to Energetics Infinite via email or postal mail.  
5. Cancellation and Refunds:  You understand that you have committed to a package of either 6, 12, 24 months, or an upfront fee, and you have received special pricing for that commitment period.  If you decide to cancel after any services or portion of services listed on your purchased package have already been rendered, you will be responsible for payment for those services. We will identify those services and the payment due for already rendered services. Once those payments have been made, cancellation can be completed. You will not receive any remaining services within your package from the mutually agreed-upon date of cancellation. If you cancel your contract before any services have been provided, you will be eligible for a full refund.
6. Changes to your package: We allow upgrades, and details are evaluated on a case by case basis. We will evaluate your current package to determine the best upgrade package for you. 
   
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and shall be interpreted in accordance with them. In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement, the exclusive jurisdiction to resolve such disputes shall lie with the courts located in Akron, Ohio. 
8. Modifications to Services: Energetics Infinite, as the Service Provider, is committed to continuously enhancing our services to meet the evolving needs of our valued customers. As such, we reserve the right to make modifications or even discontinue certain aspects of the package or services provided. Rest assured, any changes made will be carefully considered and communicated to you in a timely manner. We understand that transparency and open communication are crucial in maintaining a strong partnership with our customers. Therefore, if any modifications or discontinuations are to occur, we will strive to provide you with advance notice whenever possible. Our goal is to ensure that you have ample time to adapt to any changes and make informed decisions. 
9. Confidentiality: Any information shared by you during the provision of services will be kept confidential by Energetics Infinite, as we understand the importance of maintaining your privacy and protecting your sensitive data. We adhere to strict security measures to ensure that your information remains secure and inaccessible to unauthorized individuals or entities. Rest assured that all information you provide, whether it is personal, financial, or business-related, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Our team of highly trained professionals is committed to upholding the highest standards of privacy and data protection. However, it is important to note that there may be instances where we are legally obligated to disclose certain information. In such cases, we will only share the necessary information as required by law and will make every effort to notify you of such disclosure, unless prohibited by legal restrictions.

10. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Energetics Infinite from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the services provided under this Agreement. This includes any legal actions, liabilities, or expenses incurred as a result of your actions or misuse of the services. By agreeing to this provision, you acknowledge that Energetics Infinite is not responsible for any consequences that may arise from your use of the services and you accept full responsibility for any potential risks or liabilities.  
11. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement. The parties shall make good faith efforts to replace the invalid or unenforceable provision with a valid and enforceable provision that achieves to the greatest extent possible the economic, legal, and commercial objectives of the original provision. The failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or any other provision herein. The parties agree that if any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the court shall have the authority to modify such provision to the extent necessary to make it enforceable and to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the original provision. 
12. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement, inclusive of the Energetics Infinite Divine Prayers and EI Sessions waiver, between Energetics Infinite, as the Service Provider, and you, the valued customer, with respect to the subject matter hereof. It encompasses and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written, regarding the services provided under the chosen package. 
13. By acknowledging and accepting these terms and conditions, you affirm that this Agreement represents the comprehensive and definitive agreement between you and Energetics Infinite. You also affirm that you have carefully evaluated and agree with the Energetics Infinite waiver. It establishes a clear and transparent framework for our partnership and ensures that all aspects of our working relationship are governed by the terms set forth herein. 
    With this Agreement in place, you can have full confidence in the clarity and consistency of our terms and conditions. It eliminates any ambiguity or potential misunderstandings that may arise from previous agreements, providing a solid foundation for our ongoing collaboration.

By registering for the package, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, including the auto-renewal provision, and agree to be bound by these terms.
